About The Book

THINK IN PENCIL

Strengths and weaknesses do not tell the whole story.

We are often taught to improve our weaknesses and rely on our strengths. But those labels do not always explain why capable people get stuck, repeat familiar patterns, or struggle to determine what should change.

Think in Pencil introduces the Human Balance Sheet® and the 4R Framework as practical tools for taking a more complete look at how you operate.

The goal is not to give yourself a new label. It is to assess what is influencing your judgment, recognize what may no longer fit, and make decisions with greater clarity.
